Based in Sigapore LERATO ASIA, is an investment, advisory and services company divided into key client-focused business segments: real estate, land and local infrastructure investments, corporate financing and restructuring, cash flow optimization and modelling.
We offer multidisciplinary solutions for complex challenges based on cash flow models. This is based on our experience in real-estate and infrastructure investment.
So, what is a cash flow model? Cash flow modelling creates visibility into a company’s assets, income, expenditure, debts and investments as an indicator of its future business performance, and its most important business goal; solvency.
